Audio Production

I created HandCarved Studios as a hub for media production and analysis- both for my personal research work, and for demonstrating New Media production techniques to students. This studio’s goal is to produce media which will educate and motivate listeners and viewers.
Additionally, I strive to use the studio to:

-draw attention to media conglomeration and the loss of cultural and linguistic resources
-provoke discussion about political and social issues
-inform and support students in their investigations into the corporate workings behind media.
-create rhythmic, positive aural environments from whence reflection, meditative thought, study, and empowered visualization may emerge.

HandCarved is a full-featured audio and video lab with the capacity to produce professional, broadcast quality materials.
